After processing, delivery times within South Africa typically take between 5–12 business days, while international deliveries may take 7–20 business days depending on the destination, supplier, and customs clearance. Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or remote delivery locations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, and delivery address, and we may occasionally offer free shipping on selected items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, as TrendHive cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier, we will assist in resolving any issues with the shipping provider.
